This is a must see. 100s of spices are available fresh and reasonable. The chili paste and powder are grown and processed on their own farm and delicious. Their selection of sauces are yummy, from mild to spicy and they offer samples to try. There is a selection of books from nonfiction to fiction, cowboy story tellers to history to children's books. I've been going to here for 30+ years. Just walking in the door is a delightful experience - the scent of so many spices is pure heaven. I love being able to get ground or whole spices, always fresh (compared to bottled spices), and they have things like cardamom and curry! Their mixtures are also quite tasty - after trying their chorizo mix, I'm always a bit disappointed at restaurants, LOL. They also have a nice selection of jams and sauces. This is a hidden gem. It can be tough to find, but well worth the visit. They have huge selection of spices. The smell as you walk in is amazing. In addition to spices, they have local honey, local jams/jellies and well as a great selection of hot sauces. In the adjacent room they have cook books plus locally published books about the region. Lots of antiques hanging on the walls, too.
