White's City Gift Shop — Local services in Four Corners States

Cool place to stop after you visit the caverns! They have a lot of nice things to buy. Typical souvenir things but they also have handcrafted jewelry, knives and other accessories that were really neat that were unique to the area. They have a little grocery store and some really cool taxidermy and statue animals! We definitely enjoyed walking through this store! This is also the campground office. They have public restrooms outside the building, they also have a post office here! So if you're looking to drop mail there is a blue box outside the store. There is also a laundromat but the hours vary so be aware of that.

We were boondocking a few miles away from this location. We inquired about dumping our tanks and refilling our water tank here at this location. They do allow this, which was nice! They do charge a fee depending on the size of your tanks. We have a 40 ft fifth wheel with two tanks and they charged just $15.

The only negative thing I would have to say about this location is that the staff must have been having a bad week because the two days that we stopped there two different employees were pretty short with us. They probably deal with a lot of rude people though!

Overall I definitely recommend stopping in and giving this small business...

Customer service was bad! Went to take a picture in the Photo Booth with family and inside the photo booth there's sticky notes on the side saying if you only get one to go inside and ask for assistance to get the other cause two should come out! So I did. I told the guy at the register, in detail of what I needed and he had an attitude! Telling me I should "explain better for what the hell I want" that's how employees treat others at gift shops?? Really??? I was so disappointed. I asked nicely and in detail and got that response back. And I was still nice after that interaction! But other than that I really enjoyed the views around....

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND SNAKS!!!! Sucks Nothing of variety of food, also super expensive the small selection of eatable and drinkable stuff. It is really un profesional, there is nothing on the venders and what they have is just trowed there from Walmart and and changed 3 times it’s price. Some good company should take these because there is a good flow of tourists coming trough. If you are coming bring your own food for days snacks sandwiches, your own meet to cook here because it is pretty and relaxing but the services...
