Nicklaus golf course at Reunion resort — Local services in Four Corners

I visited the resort with a group of 36 and we had a fantastic experience playing the Nicklaus golf course. Both the course and the staff were exceptional during our round.

After finishing, we stayed for dinner. I initially sat at one table and ordered a burger while some of the group was still finishing up. As more friends arrived, I moved to a nearby table to join them. The server who had taken my order, Michael, approached me and insisted I return to the original table, explaining that with such a large group, they needed to keep the tickets organized.

When I politely asked if I could remain at the new table, he responded by saying, “Fine, stay there if you’re going to be a baby.” I went back inside to express my concern about his tone and reminded him of the importance of the customer experience. He dismissed me by saying, “You’re loud and obnoxious, just keep being a baby and move on.”

My very first round of golf in Florida and it was in the APT North American Championship! Course was in very nice shape, barring a bunch of traps that got washed out with storms the two days prior (Not the courses fault). Bermuda grass throughout was a challenge for me because it's not common in KY. Greens ran fast and true and the fairways/fringes were mown tight enough to putt off of, if desired. Great course! Practice facility is great. Clubhouse restaurant is great. Course is a typical Nicklaus course with great visual bunkering and fair, forced carries. Long but wide open fairways and undulating greens. If you are not in the right position on approach, three putt is in play. Customer service is good as well. Pace of play when we've played, weekdays mornings, has always been good....
