They need better customer service and better coordination with their customers. We have asked that they call before coming as out business hours fluctuate. When we are out of the office and they deliver driver had an attitude. We were not even told they would be here same day we were told material would be delivered next day. We always emphasize calling us before hand or giving us a 30 minute heads up so we can make sure we have someone at the office to sign for material. I would also recommend going fully electronic and having paper working signed before had. Had they not needed a signature I would have had no problem allowing them to drop off material in front of our roll up door. I've done business with MVP for over 8 years. They offer a wide variety of packaging materials for agriculture and non-agriculture business. Their customer service staff is THE BEST. Delivery is quick no matter how big or small the order. Their pricing is very competitive; more often than not below the competition for like items! John Gavejian has a great team of people at MVP!

Showed up this morning for a will call pick up, and I noticed one item was the wrong size and he proceeded to give me a dirty look and show me his paperwork showing what was ordered while ignoring mine, I just said ok and left. Got a complaint later at work, be careful when picking up and don't point out their mistakes they'll complain...
