Asian Food Store — Local services in Fox Crossing

Please be very careful when you shop at this place. Make sure you calculate how much you spend before you pay. Because this store PURPOSELY and KNOWINGLY OVERCHARGES your groceries at the register, and their groceries often expired. I used to shop here a lot, and they over charged me almost every time. When I caught it, they just said "oops". Then I found out almost all my Asian friends had the same experience, they shared that this store charged them $20 or $30 more each time they shopped there!!! And that's only when they caught it. What about all those times they didn't catch it?? I understand mistakes happens, but how can you overcharge almost all your regular customers every time??? That's why I decided to write this review and warn people. I will also post on Facebook about this, and report them to the government. This has been happening for too long and it has to stop. This store could be easily 5 stars, yet it’s very much not. I’m a small guy, I could hardly fit through those aisles. You can’t just walk around them, you need to literally give up your shopping and walk out of the aisle in order for someone to pass you. Trust me this gets annoying. Here’s a new for me; they sell well expired food, the fruit will be rotten dripping, yet they just let it sit there. A lot of the Ramen is nearly 2-3 years expired which is very visible on the packaging like they have to know right? We had a younger lady as our cashier, she was awesome totally understanding. I can already tell there’s an aging man or woman running this store and it’s time for somebody else to run the place. Positives: Great collection of goods. Based on this alone, I would have rated a solid 4.

Negative: Overcharge at the counter. Rude (I am doing you a favor by selling you these items) behavior. Not friendly to cleanliness.

Others: Credit card for $10 or more only. Fair enough if told in advance not after they ring the items and tell this info.
