We want to Thank You for another great business experience as always, from the beginning to the end! You two built a small empire over the years and have so much to show for, including your grown children working with you guys now doing what they do best! Everyone including non-family seems to work with each other and not against each other like you would see at other establishments. Great Job!

VERY few places of business treats the customers like you guys do! You guys always welcome us by name like we were family! We have known you from the Worth days in the late 80’s and followed you to Frankfort a number of times thereafter. Although we don’t get to your store that often (because we don’t need to, due to the quality of the furniture you sell), when we do get there we feel comfortable and not pressured!

We are very pleased with the bedroom furniture we bought, always high quality! We had it 2 weeks now and love it! When we were not able to get a night stand in a size other than what came with the set we bought, you guys worked with us through a few other manufacturers until you made it happen! We are very happy with that piece, it turned out just like the others and the size that we needed, thanks to Pat and Bill! When the furniture arrived just before Christmas, you guys went above and beyond what would not be expected from other stores and stored the furniture for us until after the holidays! We also want to especially thank Pat for his patience with us during the weeks of our decision making, and Bill to fill in for Pat when he was busy or out!

As far as delivery, it was second to none! Same guy as long as I can remember and his helper were very respectful of our home, they laid down moving pads from our front door and into our bedroom. They placed the pieces where we wanted them to go and were very careful and courteous even with this heavy excellent built furniture!

You cannot go wrong with Avanti Furniture! Patrick, our salesperson, along with the entire family were very gracious, knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I hadn't purchased a sofa in 17 years. We had a great piece that endured it all but finally started to show it's age. We also needed more seating. After shopping multiple stores, including Avanti, we came back to Patrick. After making a decision on a model that that Avanti didn't have, he was there to guide us through the ordering process, material and option selections. Avanti by far was lower in cost that others we priced and we even got the furniture protection plan for a third of what the other stores charged for the same plan! Trust me, don't fall for everyone else's $500 coverage plans. Avanti has the best price and the lowest costing protection plan anywhere! They even beat the prices we saw elsewhere. We are pleased with our new reclining sofa and loveseat and expect them to last as long, if not longer, than our previous one. Thank you Patrick for everything, we cannot possibly...

I have not been in the showroom so I can not speak to that. However, if you know what you are looking for and want a no-hassle, fair price for good quality furniture this is your place. After finding bedroom furniture at a high end furniture store with high end prices, I thought it would be worth shopping around. I tried the popular store in Orland Park. They would not give me a price for special order furniture over the phone, but told me that they did carry the brand. I trudged more than an hour there for them to give me a price. When I went to order it, they said they no longer carried the furniture. Luckily, I found this store through the furniture manufacturer's website. I gave them a call, they worked with me on a price, similar to the one I got at that other store, and I ordered it over the phone. A few weeks later, my furniture is in, delivery was great and it was so easy. Much easier than any other furniture store and I know them all. I'll be back and telling all my friends who do live in the area...
