I signed the contract for Robert Kole of Kole Digital to install my home theater on January 3rd, 2019. Robert Kole told me work will start the next week. This did not happen. Work started mid February after I asked for a refund if he wouldn't give me a start date. Then he promised to finish the job in mid February but we are in May and he is still not done. In addition I have paid him three payments totalling $32,250.00 out of $34,500.00. The final payment is due on completion as stated in the contract but Robert Kole is asking for payment even though the job is incomplete. Theater chairs are not installed, he left paint marks on the floor which he needs to clean and I have not been trained with my family on how to use the equipment. I also need clarification on the final amount owed as the amount he is requesting doesn't match the contract. In addition, I am asking for a full refund on some extra equipment which he tried to sell to me. This extra equipment is not part of the theater room. I mentioned that I might want to buy a TV from him and he went ahead and included some extra equipment with the TV.    Read moreKole digital has the absolute WORST customer service. We’ve called multiple times a day for weeks and three things continue to happen: 1. Most of the time, NO ONE answers any of the calls home menu options. 2. The few times when a Kole rep answers they say they “can’t do anything to help” - Monica is the only one who can, 3. Monica is NEVER at work and NEVER returns calls.
My husband and I purchased a $10,000 sound system and it took FOREVER for their installers to complete the job. Moreover, now that it’s installed, the system is making a popping noise and shutting off on its own. This is unacceptable. Spare yourself - invest your money and time elsewhere.

   Read moreI was very impressed with this showroom. It is more then just a "Best Buy" type electronics store. My husband found this place and came home to tell me about it. I was skeptical as he is always wanting more "toys". However I went back with him and was pleasantly surprised that the sales guy at the front desk gave us a full tour of the place. I had no idea all that they did until I went there. We ended up setting up an appointment for the owner to come scope out our home. We are now the happy owners of a whole new Vantage lighting control system. No more running around the house to shut off the lights. I love that I can control them from my iphone when I am away from home. I have had to call service to come out one time when the lights in one of our rooms was not communicating but they got us scheduled right away. The installers were courteous, clean and on time. We plan to use them again once we finish our basement. So happy my husband came...
