I bought some beautiful black pearl earrings and a black pearl bracelet from this store at an awesome price, and last week had some links removed from a new watch that I had not bought there. The links were difficult to remove, but the salesman (the same one who sold me the pearls) was patient, recommended how many links to remove, and then had to put one back in (little wrists). And for all that time and effort still charged me the standard price. I needed my pearls restrung on a necklace and was quoted two prices based on the way I wanted it done. The necklace was finished that night, but I’ve forgotten to pick it up so I’ll get it Monday, and I know it will be beautiful. The jeweler and the salesman know their business, and they’re charging standard prices, while providing excellent service with a pleasant demeanor. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to Wooldridge Jeweler's to have my brand new wedding ring sized. I originally thought it had been purchased there. I asked the clerk about how much it would cost? I thought and said about $20 to $30 cause I'd gone before to have a ring repaired. He told me he'd have the jeweller call me. I got a call from the jeweller the next day telling me me ring was ready. I was thrilled! Then he told me it was going to be $159.00!!!! If I'd known how much in advance I would NEVER have let them touch it!!! There's other places I could have taken the(most likely. LAST gift my husband, who has colon cancer) beautiful ring I was cherishing and wanted on my finger!!!!!! I'm disappointed and disgusted with this store!!! I may not be able to afford to get this gift because of a greedy jewelry shop owner!!!...

Service Review- I called in a pinch needing my engagement ring measured with calipers for a custom wedding band a few weeks before my wedding (both rings purchased elsewhere). Dustin had me come in the same day and thoroughly measured my ring, then offered to clean/buff it. My ring looks amazing and I’m so thankful he took the time to help me last minute! Awesome customer service, will definitely be coming here for future jewelry maintenance....
