Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Frankfort

We order from this store twice a month or more and without fail everytime either there is something missing from our order or we have to wait 2+ hours for our food. As always I called right after the food was delivered and was told credit or we can send someone back out. Since we paid cash and I am pretty much done with ordering from your company again I chose to have them send out breadsticks which we never recieved. I called the next day and spoke to the General Manager Thomas who even after I agreed to once again let them send out an order of breadsticks was rude and unaplogetic In fact I apologized for my tone because I understand there are differences between how a day crew and night crew are ran, however he did not even ackowledge this. He refused to give any information so that I could give direct feedback to a District Manager and he even refused to give his name multiple times. I am offended and will be telling everyone I know. No breadsticks were sent out. If I could have given no stars I would have . Do not order from here the food is never fully cooked, the staff is rude and incompetant and they obviously get all of these endearing qualities from their supreme...

My wife called and placed the order for a large pan pizza and after what seemed like her being on the phone forever and being frustrated i asked her if she got it ordered she yes but had to keep repeating everything because the woma. Did not speak very good english. When she picks up the pizza she noticed it was hand tossed so she called back and talk to what im going to say is the most unprofessional manager ever he told her since pizza hut is using a call service and they made the pizza how it came through to them that there nothing he would do and hung up on my wife she calls back and ask for corporate number and he hung up again. So it boils down to no matter how bad they mess up your order as long as they make it how the call center puts it in you still have to waste your hard earned money. Ordered using the app noticed it was saying out for delivery 45mins so I called, lady answered I told her my name and why I was calling she pauswd a moment said calling driver returned back to phone said it should be arriving any minute. 15 mins goes by I call again using the prompts press 3 and keep getting ignored but someone could answer when I pressed 1 to make an order. Another lady proceeds to tell me my ordered failed which would be fine if they hadn't charged me $48 so I get to management he starts by saying if I can prove that was taken out he can give me a refund tells me to hold on and that I have to settle it with my bank which makes me even more mad so then I asked since u charged me can I have my order they say no so now I can't have my order or money from the order I never got.
