2nd UPDATE: I am attaching a screen shot from the stores manager I just received! UPDATE: I have been contacted by the store numerous times late at night and again just now. the guy was extremely rude with me and basically threatened me about living bad reviews. I have already been in contact with corporate and I told him they would be handling the situation from here on out. He hung up! POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUISNESS! Management needs to be giving some training on customer care that's for sure! If I could give no starts I would definitely give NEGATIVE stars. We ordered pizza from them September 18, 2022 and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a restaurant! The manager Rachel and Anthony were nothing but rude and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain to them after making my order online I realized we had made a mistake and added bacon to our cheese sticks. I called the store immediately to ask them to please take the bacon off and was told NO! They could no do that because it was my mistake for ordering online. I then proceeded to ask them to send out regular cheese sticks and I would pay the price. They tried to charge my 18.79 for one order of 12-inch cheese sticks. RIDICULOS! I told them just to forget it and we still did not receive our pizza until an hour or so afterwards. The pizza was cold and wasn't even cut nor was the cheese sticks. Im not sure what this company is doing but I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere! SInce I have contacted corporate to see what I can get done there since Rachel and Anthony didn't want to help with the situation. I was even hung up on three times. Once I took the first survey they tried called me three times back to back well after 10pm and by this time we were already in bed. Absolutely poor excuse for a pizza business. When I arrived I immediately spotted my order on their “ready” shelf and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to address me as I waited there at the counter. Yea I know, 10 minutes isn’t that long, but it is when your food is ready to go and literally nobody is paying attention to the counter. And it’s not like they were even swamped. One guy was even walking around not even working just socializing with the other employees. I eventually had to speak up and get someone’s attention so that I could get my pizzas and go. Gave two stars because at least the food was ready when I got there… this wasn’t the first bad experience with this location. Will not be returning to...

Tonight I ordered 3 large 2 topping pizzas and was told the total was $32 with the state employees discount. When my husband went to pick them up, he noticed the advertisement, " Any large 2 topping pizza $7.99" So, rather than do the right thing on the phone and tell me the special, the staff of this store actually charged me the most possible and said nothing. When my husband pointed it out the clerk was very rude and annoyed that he asked her to ring it up the other way. You would think in the situation that Papa John's is in, they would be on the top of their game right now. ...
