This is has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased a bed for my son at the beginning of April and it was delivered via Walmart. At assembly, hardware was missing that I reached out about and there wasn’t any follow up despite providing the necessary information. Less than 45 days letter the bottom part of the bed that contains the drawer system completely fell apart on a Tuesday morning and I immediately reached to Dream On and Walmart with photos explaining what occurred. Walmart attempted to facilitate a refund and Dream On refused claiming 30 day policy and I was left to go back and forth with Dream On on my own. Dream On tried to gaslight me between two reps by the name of Himanshi and Sally stating that they were reviewing my case for days at a time. I’d reach out asking for updates with no response for days, even when I replied minutes after messaging them. I don’t know how they run their customer service (nether it’s AI or real people?) but nonetheless, they still refused to refund me and offered to replace the draws and send appropriate hardware to assemble. I obliged and provided shipping information and still no reply for days. I wrote in the thread where impracticality talking to myself that I will filing a dispute my bank and leaving a review on BBB and then one of the so called reps finally replied stating the same thing that I’d already replied to agreeing to accept the replacement parts. It’s like they don’t read. I’m sincerely shocked that Dream On has such a high rating on BBB and Google because this has been horrible. Over a month with no resolve so 0 out of 10, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them. We've loved the crib for our boys. From its clean simple style and beautiful design, it has also proven to be sturdy and safe for our little boys. The assembly process was straightforward, and the materials used are great. It has stood up well to near constant use since early 2019 with just some minor wear on the top corner edge paint. The adjustable mattress height feature is very convenient, allowing me to lower it as the boys continually attempted to assert their freedom as they grew. We have felt confident that our boys have been comfortable and secure in this crib, making it a great investment for their early years. Highly recommend it to all parents! The only problem we’ve had, we caused. As we have been setting it up for our upcoming 3rd baby. My boys managed to do some bending to the metal frame before I had finished reassembling the crib. This was my issue, not the crib’s. Dream on Me has been very helpful and communicative in helping me get a replacement part for what we had damaged. If anyone is curious, the frame and mattress were on the floor, I had the frame propped up on a screw driver in the center to keep the springs off the floor. My, now way over-weight for the cribs rating, boys started to jump on it and before I could stop them, the frame was bent and in attempting to bend it back, I split it.
