Flower Station — Local services in Franklin Township

Flower Station saved the day! If I could give them 5,000 stars, I would! I placed an order for a casket spray with another floral service, a week in advance, for a funeral service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to my home the day before the service. I did not receive the order and the night before the services, I was left with no flowers, distraught and scrambling to figure out a solution. ENTER FLOWER STATION TO THE RESCUE. I took a shot in the dark and emailed a bunch of local florists at 10pm on a Thursday evening explaining my dilemma. Low and behold, the owner of the Flower Station emailed me back at 11pm!!!! He gave me his condolences and offered assistance, stating he would ask his staff to come in an hour early the next morning to fulfill the order! The funeral was scheduled for 10:00am. I called the next morning at 8am (and hour before they are scheduled to open and the the day of the funeral) confirmed and paid for the order, walked in at 9:30am to a completed and beautiful casket spray, and made it to the church at exactly 10am; just in time before the services started! I can not begin to express my sincere gratitude for going above and beyond to help me during a very distressing time! The customer service was impeccable and I will be using them, from this day forward, for all of my floral needs. I highly recommend the Flower Station! You will not be disappointed. I booked Flower Station for my December 2023 NEW JERSEY Wedding, and I would 100% recommend all NEW JERSEY Brides to book them as well! The staff is so courteous and open minded to your vision and budget! Flower Station provided me with my beautiful Bride & bridesmaids bouquets, groom & groomsman’s & fathers boutonnieres, mothers corsages, two church alter arrangements, pew bows, Blessed Virgin Mother Mary’s Flowers, and a tossing bouquet and I LOVED them all. I went to their shop with little to no knowledge on flowers and they let me walk around their flower fridges for inspiration where I was able to pick out flowers that I liked. They then built a sample bouquet, and I was able to provide feedback on what I liked or didn’t like. I highly recommend going to the shop during the same month that you plan to be married the year prior to see what flowers are in season at that time, if possible. A few months before my wedding, I called and adjusted my preferences just slightly and they adjusted my bouquet plans without batting an eye! Some flower shops can get out of hand with wedding, but Flower Station is willing to work with any budget and will deliver beautiful products that match your dreams! I’ve always heard such good things about this place. It was horrible. I went there for flowers for my father’s funeral. They don’t have pictures of the different level of flowers they do. Only pictures of the highest/most expensive. I asked how many dozen roses go into the rose casket spray, the answer from Tony was “I don’t know, a couple.” Then they messed up and sent a completely wrong arrangement. My 9 year old picked out a standing arrangement shaped like a heart in red, white, and blue for grandpa being a veteran. That wasn’t what was received. It was just a standing arrangement. He was heartbroken that “grandpa didn’t get to see his heart.” When I complained a few days later, Tony was very apologetic and admitted fault. He refunded me $100 off the purchase price BUT, instead of refunding, he double charged my card and now I have $2400 in charges! I went back and complained again. Tony said “whoops, thought I did that. It’ll be ok in 3-4 days.” Seriously?! 1st, why did you save my credit card info. 2nd, that is horrible business practice. What if I didn’t have the funds available? What if that extra charge was my mortgage payment? They just took advantage of a grieving family. I will never use flower...
