Got there at 4:15p.m. for a 4p.m. load. Spent over 35 minutes on a jam packed shipping room with 5 friendly but dysfunctional staff. Was no order or grasp on running a smooth operation. Got me my dock number started loading me fairly quickly halfway thru loading I noticed the forklift not bouncing around in my trailer then 15 minutes later was able to tell they were not done. That happened for about 1 hour 20 mins. 4 drivers around me docked after me pulled out way before me. Then had to walk 34 docks down to get paperwork before even allowed to move truck away from dock. Another 20 minutes inside waiting to get my seals and BOL COPIES. After signing my paperwork my copies laid there on counter while the staff decided to jump around to other things just to come back to me and tell me only that I need to let the guard shack seal my trailer doors when they could've handed me the paperwork after I got done signing for it and went through their copy machine instead of laying it down and going to other things. Spent as much time in office as I did in dock. Marked down my times from 5pm to 649pm. I arrived with my p.u. Form filled out by 425 and didn't get my truck pulled out of the dock until after 715p.m. smh would be better if implemented a smoother more efficient system. Friendly staff though! Wouldve given 4 stars if I didn't waste an hour alone just standing there causing me to now be late for my delivery totaling 3.5 hours late and there little...

Don't bother going into shipping office until 5 minutes before your pickup time, they will send you on your way.
Be prepared to wait, the ladies are more concerned about their gossip than helping you, let's not even mention the lack of acknowledgement that you are even standing there.
It gets very noisy, not sure why warehouses have open areas when there is loud equipment, make it almost impossible to hear at times.
Check in and out process is very antiquated, very slow and redundant.
If you have a choice, chose another load, you'll waste...

My second time here I had just got a washout because previous load was dirty. Trailer was damp and they didn't want to load it since the product is loaded on the floor not pallets(understandable). Forklift driver told me to let it air out then check back in which it was all most dry by then except for the very front end then an hour later broker sends an email saying trailer was rejected. Wish they would told me upfront they were rejecting it so I didn't sit there an extra hour. Still a cool place to pick up from and will be back again. They also...
