I normally don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones. But the service I received from this place and Allan was terrible! At first it was good, Allen did his sales pitch and got me trade in my phone with a promise for a free iPhone in return. I soon realized they didn’t credit me for the new phone 100% now I’m making a payment for 50% of the phone! I have reached out MULTIPLE TIMES. Allan responded a couple times promising to fix the issue and now he went MIA. He won’t respond to my calls or texts. I had to create a case and they said they can’t help me. This is terrible customer service. He made his commission off of me and now I’m stuck with a payment that I was promised I wouldn’t have to make and he is no where to be found. Read moreWhere do I start.... After sitting in your facility in Ravenna Ohio for 3 1/2 hours, we left without our new phones. Returning tomorrow after work to hopefully get this resolved. My account is so screwed up right now for whatever reason, some sort of system issue. We have been with Verizon 15 years or better. David, is a sweetheart and is doing all he can for us. He is new, and me being an operations manager myself the lack of help and training from the other three employees who were doing nothing amazed me. I am a bit embarrassed that he had to deal with it all alone with no assistance from his coworkers. How does that look to us we sit there all that time only to now have an account with issues and no phone. I don't fault David at all, he is new and is doing a great job. Read moreI didn't feel the sales person was honest. For example, I was kind of looking for a new phone. I saw a Samsung S20 I liked so I asked if there were any discounts on that phone. The answer was " no, not right now". Before I left, I told him I was just going to keep my old phone. Suddenly, there was a $150 credit to our bill If I got the Samsung. Just be up front with me, mister!!!! Then he told us we couldn't get an unlimited plan because we were on the "Bucket Plan"! What???? I just got off the phone with Verizon and not only got unlimited through their Starter Plan but got my husband's Veteran's discount for $5 more per month. We had 4 GB! Then, he signed us up for a Protection Plan we didn't know about until we got our bill recently. It was $17 per phone, per month= $34 a month!!!!! What, again????
