If i could give less than 1 star i would. .. Because tell me why i ordered online thru their website (not doordash or any other third party) and i'm waiting on the screen that is an "order tracker" for 30-45 mins i wait and see if i get a call or email notification saying my orders ready... ps. never got one. I call the restaurant to ask about my order and they say no sorry were closed and hung up. I check back at my bank account to see if the payment bounced back and it did not. I call once again and say 'hey so i made an order and my money already got taken out of my account so what do i do' For the person to tell me oh no more orders here and then cut themselves off to say oh your orders actually ready? As i get to the restaurant the open signs off ( closes at 10 and it's barely 9pm) and the employees are just walking out going home ( not their fault they're only scheduled certain hours and that's fine) I get to the front doors and they are locked me about to walk back and call the manager i assume comes out of the emergency exit and says only "online order" no receipt on the bag with my name or phone number sol ask "for my name" and he just reaches the bag out to me? i get home and queso isn't supposed to be rock effing solid, that's ok i don't know how long it's been sitting I throw it in the microwave and it literally won't melt back to queso (omg...) i spent 33$ on two entrees and queso when i could've went absolutely anywhere else This was just a horror story from the start... my advice to you. don't waste your money here unless you want so many issues and...

I was immediately impressed by how open and clean the restaurant is! I adore being able to have a meal without other diners sitting so close to me! I got the classic fajitas sans the mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes. The portion was huge and should provide leftovers for a couple of meals! My daughter got the Plato Gordo. You pick 4 items of your choosing and they will have leftovers for at least 3 meals. My son got the classic burger and ate it so fast that the only picture I could get was with just a fraction left. He stated that it wasn’t the best burger but it was still “good”. What I missed most about the food was the “grilled” flavor I adore at other Mexican restaurants. It tasted like the fajitas are more griddled or stir-fried than grilled. They were still delicious but I missed that flavor for sure. What caught me by surprise was the offering of Cole slaw as a dip for our chips. What a pleasant surprise! Best when combined with the salsa and/or queso (which was delicious by the way)! The food came out incredibly fast and my daughter reports that even when they are busy you can count on your order being delivered quickly. My daughter also reports they have an awesome karaoke on Friday nights (starting at 9)! We will be...

Great food and atmosphere. But unfortunately I got a woman who is not from Spain or Mexico or speaks Spanish let alone English and she got me and my girlfriend's drink order wrong then took forever on food got there at 730 finally got my food at close to 830. And when I confronted the waitress on it she said English not so well. And all the other waiters and even manager checked in on us more then she did she only came over to our table twice the whole time. We had to wait close to 10 to 15 minutes for check and our waitress passed us again like 5 times. Without offering to get us another drink, let alone see how we were doing. Or get us our check or to go boxes. And we were not the only ones who not happy with this waitresses service. A few other people were waiting left around 25 mins later. Have this waitresses work more in the kitchen or in seating not so much when it comes to taking orders or checking on customers. Bad thing for a 1st time customer here. My girlfriend almost got sick from not eating because we thaught the food would only take a half hour maybe a little more or less to make. But nope a whole hour or...

This place is and will never be Mexican food. They serve Cole slaw along with salsa. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce and the cole slaw is disgusting with chips. I ordered the ceviche and it was good at first. Then I pulled a 6-8 inch long hair out of my mouth from I bite I took off the ceviche. I told a waiter since I didn’t know who my waiter actually was. I was accused that the hair isn’t from their cooking staff because they have short hair. They have plenty of long haired employees working. I was never given a sorry instead I was told that I had an attitude because I wouldn’t eat it. The kicker was that when the bill came they still expected me to pay. Manger never came no one came. By far the worst treatment from the staff.

My favorite Mexican place on the planet, and a hidden gem. They have a wide range of dishes from all over Mexico instead of just tacos and burritos. The Chicken Adobo and the Enchilada Jalisco were both amazing. I have family in Ohio and every single time I travel there I make sure we come and visit this place. Plus the atmosphere and art there is really cool. I also really like the free chips, salsa, and Mexican coleslaw that they serve with every meal. I literally miss this place already.
