Cintas Facility Services — Local services in Franklin

I requested document shredding. I was told last week that I would see someone this morning at 9:00am. I called at 10:15 to find out what had happened. The woman said that it was snowing, a truck broke down, and her computer was slow. She said she would call me back and let me know the status. 2 hours later I called 3 times and no answer. Then after 3 hours 2 calls with no answer. Our building has no elevator and the bins need to be carried down the stairs. I am the only person in our office that can carry the bins. I have not been able to leave for lunch and I missed an appointment. The driver is now 4 hours late and no call and no show. Very poor customer service.

UPDATE: I sent an email that said exactly what is in this review. I was sent an email from a regional manager. He said he would look into the problem and get back to me. The next day I had to call him to find out what happened. He said he would make sure the service happened the very next day at 9am. I had to make sure someone was in the office as I tweaked my back moving the boxes around on Monday. It is now noon and no driver and no phone call again.
