(UPDATE)Back up to 3 stars because it seems like they have made a few changes to make them an Average Culvers. They still need to fix their drive-thru and implement curbside (which would help alleviate their drive-thru problem). It haven't got cold food "that was made fresh" lately. (/UPDATE)

If they are making it fresh why are they serving it cold? Please, if I'm going to wait 15 minutes after I pay for a burger and fries, is it too much to ask for it to be hot? I live across the street, if it weren't for the convenience I wouldn't eat here. Burgers are consistently cold to room temp at best. My last order sat approximately 10 minutes before they gave it to me. When you call to complain all they do is put you in a notebook and give you the exact item they messed up, the times I have called, you get the sense that this is a common call. They don't give you long to come back either (probably because that book fills up fast and they wouldn't be able to find you).

It's disappointing to know that if I drive an extra 10 minutes each way, the food will be better and its the same logo on the bag.

Drive thru wasn't thought out, cars backup into the street during busy hours, blocking traffic on the street and in/out of the restaurant. Curb side would help but this is one doesn't offer it - the others in the area do.

On a lighter note, they also brought up memories of the movie "Dude, Where's my Car?" but instead of "and then?" it was "anything else?" My wife and I get a good laugh making fun of...

Espresso Toffee Bar: Culver’s originated in Sauk City, WI back in 1984. When I was a doughy kid in the 90's it had expanded slightly and I have fond memories of visiting the location in nearby Wisconsin Dells while on vacation. Today, Culver’s can be found in 26 states serving up their famous Butterburgers and custard. For those unfamiliar with custard, it's similar to ice cream, except it includes eggs. The eggs give custard a smooth and extra creamy texture. Espresso Toffee Bar is currently one of Culver's rotating Flavor of the Day options. This custard has a rich espresso flavor swirled with old fashioned salted caramel, crunchy bits of Heath Bar, and gooey butter cake pieces. Beginning with the espresso base, it was perfect. Texturally it was smooth and creamy with the flavor not being too intense or bitter. My dish's mix-ins were not distributed very evenly, but when I got the rare bite containing all three (caramel, Heath Bar, and cake) it was superb. If you've never had a Heath Bar, they're crunchy toffee flavored candy bars. In this case, they go well with the espresso custard. I thought the cake pieces had a predominately vanilla flavor, with a hint of butter mostly masked by the espresso custard. Really my only complaint is it could have used more caramel, which was delicious but scant. Overall, this flavor is a must try for coffee/espresso lovers, but your typical frozen treat enthusiast will probably enjoy it too. Doughboy...

HORRIBLE. The manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came to this Culvers at 3:30pm, when it WAS NOT BUSY and ordered 4 pints of the flavor of the day. I was handed four pints of pre packaged custard from the freezer that were clearly in the freezer for a long time. I noticed when I was two minutes down the road so I turned around and asked for FRESH custard.. like everyone does when they come to Culvers. VANESA the GENERAL MANAGER was extremely rude, had an attitude immediately, and told me that because I did not ask for it fresh when I ordered she would not give me fresh custard. It’s honestly laughable because people go to Culvers for fresh custard.. especially the flavor of the day.. she smacked her lips and would not give me new pints even though I didn’t touch these ones. I’ve been a manager at Culvers for many years and have always accommodated a customer as much as possible. If you give someone the wrong meal you don’t make them pay for it again?? I asked for another manager but she told me the ONLY person above her would be the owner and offered me 10% off 4 new pints so I could go home with 8 and pay for all 8. Makes no sense, I don’t want 8 pints, I just wanted fresh custard like everyone else. Such a rude girl with zero communication skills...

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went through the drive-through and ordered a cod sandwich basket with cheese curds Coke and four piece chicken tenders for my dogs. I get home open the bag ready to break apart the tenders to put in my dogs slow feeder bowls and I look in the bag and there’s no tenders so I go back to Culver’s to let them know. I don’t get any type of apology. They just walk off from the window right away, and everyone is staring at me like I did something wrong. They make the tenders and give it to me and I asked them if they could remake my food because now my cheese curds are cold and so is my sandwich They tell me that they can’t do that, but they can give me a coupon for free ice cream. How do I reheat a sandwich that has tartar sauce on it??? make it make sense. never coming back to this location ever again. Horrible customer service. They acted like I was looking for a free meal when I had to go out of my way to drive here twice just to have cold food. Not even the least apologetic they didn’t even say sorry ONCE. If I wanted bad customer service or issues with my order I would go to Popeyes!!!!

This used to be my go-to Culver's but it has started to go down hill in the past year or so. The quality of food is slacking and my orders have been messed up a few times. I only eat Culver's about once a month, so it's easy to notice. Today was the Cherry atop the "yup I'm not going here any more" cake. They forgot to put the top half of he bun on my chicken sandwich. How does that even get missed? Of course I noticed after I got home and it's not worth the 10 minute drive back, so I just substituted it with a burger bun from the pantry. The Greenfield location seems to have it all figured out so I'll stick with them for my monthly Culver's visit.
