Dollar General — Local services in Franklin

I went in there today specifically because there were around coupons I had in my app. I go in there and it won't allow me to log into my app so then the cashier said she doesn't understand why the coupons weren't applying to my 95 total so instead of me spending $64 which I would have been able to spend if my coupons 94.00. And the cashier did not have a clue as to why did you find nor did she ask the manager that was there to assist her with applying my coupons to my total so I am not a happy camper right now because there were four people behind me while I was trying to get these coupons to apply so not only did I drive 25 minutes to get to the place but I also spent $40 extra dollars that I didn't want to spend but I had to buy the stuff anyway because I needed it. Why have the app if the coupons that are on the app just disappear or don't apply to your total coincidentally just not...

It’s new, nice, clean and convenient… IF IT’S OPEN. Just went for the third time in about ten days to see another handwritten note saying sorry closed for one reason or no reason. The staff is very friendly when they are open… not being critical of them. I don’t go for deals or savings simply for a quick convenience instead of going to Stop & Shop. I’m out though… corporate figure out staffing and wages to retain them. This store costs us monies and time as consumers. Not worth it...
