5 stars This was my first time at Peacock Chinese Restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the General Tsoâs Chicken lunch special, which came with white rice, a shrimp egg roll, and the chicken all on one platter. Everything was fresh and perfectly cookedâcrispy just the way I like it. The egg roll was golden and crunchy, and the chicken had a great flavor with just the right amount of spice.
The restaurant itself was very clean and had a fresh, pleasant smellâno trash or greasy odors like you sometimes get at takeout spots. I also appreciated the hygiene: when the worker came up front to check me out after being in the kitchen, she immediately put on gloves before handling the money. That level of cleanliness and care really stood out to me.

Loved the szwchwan lo mein - well-cooked noodles with a good mix of proteins and vegetables. Trio Kung Pao Combination was also excellent. The owner warned me it was heavy on the peanuts, and she was right, but it's still quite good. More well-cooked proteins with lots of veggies and a slight kick to the sauce.
The fried dumplings were a bit disappointing - more shell than filling, and a bit rubbery.
