I was blessed with a Raindrop Massage via the capable hands of Holly Dawson @ the beautiful new Kathara Spa in Downtown Franklin today.

I felt like I was leaving the world behind as I stepped into the lobby. I found my self winding around into a space that was both refreshing and instantly relaxing.

The Raindrop massage was absolutely amazing! Thank you Holly Dawson 🙏🏼 for a much needed healing touch ! You did a fabulous job!

I did not want to get off the table after my massage! I was so relaxed after the 2 hours, YES 2 hours !!! 💗 of pampering that I had to sit in the beautifully decorated RELAXATION room sipping on peach detox tea and enjoying a healthy snack until I could get my bearings.

The massage began with hot towels wrapped around my feet followed by approximately 45 minutes of foot massage with essential oils. Then a therapeutic body massage as finally the most lavish part of this massage was the progression of multiple essential oils being massaged and feathered into my back and spine. OH MY!

I have been there twice, once for a full body this second time for a hot stone massage. I scheduled early February with a gift certificate from my significant other that he purchased. It was 90$ once I arrived today they informed me it was now 110$ if someone buys a gift certificate for their significant other that’s a gift and they don’t want you to pay anything but the tip if you choose to do so! I was told the prices changed months ago but when I booked 2-12-25 I was informed it was fully covered and I picked my package. Today 4-26-25 it was 20$ more than was expected upon arrival. I choose to always tip and did so after! The massage therapist was great and the atmosphere was good but, due to the booking, confirmation call and today checking in Sue is very unpleasant and due to her tone and unprofessional behavior I will not be returning. When you are the front face of a business you should always be pleasant...

They have great staff. Great services. Great items for sale. Crummy check out system. Started out using a gift card. Person checking is out first told us we had another $15 to spend, we had to tell her to add it up again cause it was wrong, should have been lots less. Anyway about an hour later, we were asked to not purchase two items because she was unable to find them on the computer, the price was on them, but she needed to find them in computer. Then we ended up paying$20 just to be able to get out of there, really should have been $0 or certainly less than $5. Need to desperately update check out. Did not even receive a receipt. Was not even offered one. Won't be back....
