Virginia Outdoors — Local services in Franklin

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND.

I have attempted to discuss with this store via phone about special ordering a Browning 33 MP Blackout safe since they are the closest Browning dealer in my area and they are still 50 miles away.

It started about 4 weeks ago where I called and could not get in contact with anyone for a few hours. I eventually got in contact with a nice woman who informed me that I had to talk to Chris in sales for safes but she informed that he was away at lunch and advised I call back and said she would give my information to him so I could be called back.

Never heard back.

I called back the next day during my lunch break and Chris was there but he was busy. I provided the model number for the safe from browning’s website and I gave them my E-mail to send me a quote when they could and was told they would do so.

Spoiler Alert: never heard back.

I then had to take care of some business and dropped this shenanigans for the time being until today. I just called again and asked to talk to Chris and of course he is not there. when I asked if the person I was speaking to can help with special ordering a safe he said “Chris can”.

I have never been to such a nice family owned outdoors 1 stop shop as this one. Any outdoor activities that you might be interested in they most likely have it and Great high quality products. It’s literally like walking to a miniature bass pro shop with nicer and very informative staff. Ever since they have opened I haven’t had the need to shop any we’re els for my outdoor needs. A great hunting, fishing, livestock feed store. Locally owned and operated, they have a wide selection of apparel, several firearms, and fishing tackle. For animal feed the cater to horses, chickens and cattle. A welcoming environment to shop, browse or just chew the fat with their experienced staff. If they don't have it they can order and have it shipped quickly.
