Their recent flower delivery to my father's grave in Boscawen national fell far short of all customer service. I called in March to place birthday order. They could not do that. I told them I would call back in month for Easter. They said I could pace order then. They DID NOT TELL ME THST THEY WERE CHSRGING ME IN MARCH FOR FLOWERS THST WOULD NOT EVRN BE MADE UNTIL APRIL. I WAS CHARGED 65.00.. IN EASTER, THE INVOICE SSID 60.00.. They refused to credit the 5.00 difference. Since 2018, Terry had been snapping a photo at grave to forward to my cellphone. No one told me in March that they were now going to charge another 10.. For taking a cell phone photo. The photo never came and I waited until Saturday. I then called the head of the cemetery who sent a text to staff to go out on Monday and take a photo for me. I requested 10.00 credit. Kendra refused and tried to claim the photo I got from veterans was theirs. Well 1) I have the administrators cell phone number. They don't. 2. When they delivered, the office was closed. And 3. I have every piece of info from veterans including the phone number showed it came from a veterans employ÷, not the blossom Shoppe. Kendra refused to credit but she will not get the money anyway. American Express stood with me. After all these years, will never get anything from them again. Marshall's will be my go to and they actually are...
Read moreFirst let me say I have lots of experience with Florists. I identified a bouquet on their website and asked for a tall showy vase arrangement with no lily’s. The woman who took the order seemed to have difficulty hearing my requests. I emphasized over and over again, tall showy, wildflowers. I gave a decent amount of $100.00. The woman stated that they didn’t have wildflowers and I told her, I am fine if you don’t have the right flowers in today, just wait until you do. The bouquet they sent was an embarrassment . Despite my protests, and request for a new bouquet, I got a measly 20% off. Bottom line, choose a different...
Read moreI have used The Blossom Shop for years, having grown up in Franklin. This past week I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom, and I inadvertently ordered from a generic online florist thinking I was ordering from The Blossom Shop. When the flowers arrived, my mom sent a picture, and they were terrible-looking. I emailed The Blossom Shop, confused by the lack of quality and personal touch I was used to receiving from them, and they told me they only hand-deliver their gifts. I had ordered from the wrong website! How embarrassing! Not only were they kind and professional, but they were able to squeeze in a delivery of a beautiful hanging plant for my mom the day before Mother’s Day. I’m so...
