Yuen Sing — Restaurant in Tilton

After reading the reviews online and seeing a 4.4 rating I was very optimistic that the food would be good. I drove 30 minutes to get there for my takeout order. I can honestly say that it was the worse Chinese food that I have ever eaten in my life. I would not have even given them 1 start if it allowed me to. My wife was also in agreement with everything that I am posting here. The portions were very small and the quality was awful. We specifically asked for duck sauce and it was not in the bag when we got home. The chicken wings were so over cooked that you could not even chew the meat. The egg foo young was burnt as well but had a very soggy taste when you bit into it.......like a sponge. The container of white rice that they give you with the egg foo young was so small there were probably 4-6 tablespoons of rice in it. The beef teriyaki was like eating leather. I can go on but it is not worth it at this point. I am not sure how they got a 4.4 star rating, maybe they have a lot of family members doing reviews. I will never go back here and I would recommend that everyone should avoid this place...

Best Chinese food ever. Yes that’s a serious claim and I stand behind it. NYC , jersey city Chinese food has nothing on this amazing place. But let’s rewind. I’m from Tilton originally, and my family have been coming here since I can remember. The owners of Yuen sing have become family. We watched their kids grew up. As I gotten older I ate here with friends. It’s the best Chinese food. I never had an issues with anything. There were times when they take on too much orders so the quality feels rushed but honestly I have more good days with them then bad ones so I’ll overlook it. This place has the best boneless spareribs, the best lo mein, the best HOMEMADE DUCK SAUCE, the best general Taos chicken. And the vegetable spring rolls. I mean that changed my life. My friends and I would just order 10 orders of that and eat it. Not even kidding you. We’re all adults now so I can handle 5 at most. Seriously support this local Chinese business. They’re the best. My family LOVES Yuen Sing! The Chinese food in NH has been pretty much like mall food court level. Yuen Sing is not like those others. They have AWESOME food!!! My husband and I come from much more diverse states. Anyhow, we moved to Franklin from the Nashua area back in 2020 and had tried all the other area Chinese restaurants and were very disappointed.....and, then quite by accident, we found Yuen Sing and we can't say enough great things about them to everyone whose looking for delicious Chinese food. We have eaten and loved just about everything on the menu but we want to give a big shout out to the Hot and Sour Soup, Fried Dumplings, General Tso's Chicken, and the Moo...
