I booked a cow from this farm a month ago for Eid, specifically explaining the religious significance and urgency of the occasion. They assured me everything was set. However, on the very day the cow was supposed to be slaughtered, they dropped the bombshell: they canceled our booking without any prior notice or explanation.

Despite numerous attempts to reach out and understand what went wrong, they remained silent.
