Transwest Truck Trailer RV - Mobile Service and Fleet Maintenance — Local services in Frederick

Recently contacted them regarding RV service a week before my visit. I wanted to get an alignment for a smaller class C. The person on the telephone assured me it could be done. They don't take reservations so I show up before 7 am. I realize that I'm a special circumstance as my RV has been 4x4 modified( changing the whole front end suspension). I told them that I needed special alignment caster and camber angles and even provides the adjustable aftermarket bushings. After 6 hrs of waiting they proceed to tell me he can't do the alignment and that it is "within spec". Of course it's within spec...for a non modified e450! They proceed to talk me down and basically say I don't know what I'm talking about for thinking that the truck is still not right and that there are still significant alignment issues. What really happened was the company or tech did not have the " right lift" to lift the RV and change the bushings like I has asked. They also mentioned that that course of action would take to long and they " need to keep things moving". So if you go here be prepared to be treated like you're an ignorant imbecile and then shoved out the door because they are "busy". UPDATE: I was contacted a few days later by the service manager. He apologized for what had happened and said there must have also been a miscommunication about what I needed done. He also issued a full refund. Always hard to deal with these people in service.....between frederick and brighton they believe they are 2 different companies. Parts is usually helpful. Ive been dealing with a warranty issue for several months now....still not resolved and continues...
