Reserve Tours — Local services in Fredericksburg

I have to say that I was blown away by the amazing experience we had with Reserve Tours. My daughter uses a rigid wheelchair (doesn't fold) so when I called to book, I mentioned that the vehicle would need room for it. Gary said it would be no problem and asked about what kind of experience we wanted. He through out some great ideas and followed up with an e-mail which also included recommendations for places to eat and things to do which was very helpful. As the time got close, he reached out again to confirm our experiences. What really blew me away was when I got a call asking if it would be easier for my daughter to get in and out of an SUV instead of the Sprinter van. You don't get that kind of thoughtfulness very often. On the day of the tour, our guide Chris arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and took us to some amazing spots. He also pointed out other places that we could think about doing on a later trip. He was very personable and was a pleasure to be with. Because I travel with a service animal, Reserve Tours went out of their way to accommodate us with one of their smaller, private vehicles—a Lincoln Navigator—which made the day even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Our driver, Ian, was outstanding. He selected fantastic wineries, shared great local history, and made the experience feel curated and personal. He handled all our check-ins and made sure we were well taken care of at every stop.

Reserve Tours was absolutely amazing. Leigh was such a rockstar working with us at the last minute to get in everything that we wanted to do and see. She customized itinerary, arranged pick up/drop off at our location with a local welcome gift, as well as handled all of the scheduling for the entire day to provide a seamless, carefree day for everyone on the tour.

We were very lucky with our driver, Chris. He was absolutely incredible - very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and extremely helpful to keep us on schedule - even after more than a few glasses of wine. We enjoyed his company as much as I think he enjoyed ours.
