H2O Pool Cleaning Services — Local services in Fredericksburg

Hired them to replaster and tile my pool. It’s only been a week or two since they finished and the pool looks good from what I can tell but my experience working with the company has been really unprofessional. They quoted me about $18k to do the pool remodel and half way through said “whoa we need to charge you more due to we’ve never seen this issue before” I don’t know exact details but midway they jack up the price by $6000 and took away any warranty at all on their work or product. Yep that’s right, no warranty for $25,0000 I paid them. Who in their right mind would do that. But they had my pool tore up completely and didn’t give me any other options !! At the conclusion of pool building they said i owed them another $700 that was not in the contract of which I paid. Then the icing on the cake is I didn’t send the written cleaning contract back fast enough apparently over the Easter weekend in which I was out of town and now they send me a very dismissive email saying they are “full” on cleaning and won’t take care of the pool. I would stay away from this company as the owner does shady business practices and you may get burned too. I was left with a pool that has 0 chemicals after newly built even after requesting them to move forward. Really really...
