I would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist is rude and uncordial. I scheduled an appointment several days prior for 2. Typically, for 2, nail salons allow the two to sit together. We were placed on separate ends of the room. I did not expect this, but no problem. Maybe the nail techs prefer their placement at that station. Still had high hopes. Moments later, the receptionist yells at me from across the room to switch with my friend since she wants a design with her french regular manicure. I do not like the tone of her voice and her demeanor, but sure, maybe the nail tech I was sitting with has more experience with design. No problem. I can deal with this. Then came the manicures- they were so horrible. The polish bottles my nail tech was using were already running out. She mixed it with nail polish remover, and all that did was make the paint splotchy on my nail. The color chosen was a purple-ish pink, instead of a light pink. I asked initially if I could choose the color for my French and was denied. My friend's French was rushed and she did not receive her design! She spent weeks growing out her nails for this design, and her nails were quickly clipped and unsymmetrically filed. Attached are images of mine and hers. The white paint for the French was not even, too thick on hers, and there was polish still caked around the sides and under our nails. I understand human error and that the French may not be perfect. But, this was outrageous. It was appalling to the point where neither of us wanted the nail techs to attempt to fix them because we were doubtful of their ability to do so. We are not people to refuse payment for a service done. I know the nail techs work hard for their money, so we paid, but as mentioned previously, this was an unbelievably horrible experience. There may be a few nail technicians here that do a good job, hence the good reviews. However, that is not the way to keep the business. Please train all nail techs well, and please have someone at the front desk who likes people or at least seems to like people. We will never be back here. Also, if you're curious about a happy ending here- we went to a different salon that salvaged our nails. They were CHEAPER, accepted us as a WALK IN, treated us WELL, and gave us a stunning French manicure.

I came here a few weeks ago with my partner. I had made an appointment for us together with the intention that we would get to spend the time together… his manicure was done before mine even started. When he walked me over for the pedicure (which I had to tell him I was getting bc he was trying to walk me to check out) they tried to sit me far away from my partner? And he was almost done and spent most of the time just waiting for me anyway. The man who did my manicure ATTACKED my cuticles. I feel like the gel polish was sloppy and I was picking small bits of gel from the skin surrounding the nail - walked out feeling like I could have done my nails better myself. We enjoyed our pedicures, although we couldn’t enjoy them together.

1. Made an appointment for 5:15pm, didn’t get seen until 5:45pm. 2. I went in for a dip powder manicure with tips and didn’t leave until 7:32… all that time and the results were still bad. The lady did not know how to properly do a dip manicure. First time she messed up and said the powder color I picked was faulty, so we switched it for a different color… then she removed it, redid them (another 25min) just to realize she did the steps wrong and ended up just throwing a gel color on. All my nails are wayyy too thick, not cleaned properly and not all evenly shaped. Now I have to go get my nails fixed elsewhere as they did not offer to redo them and still charged me only with a minor discount.

Tried this salon twice. I like to try different techs before making my decision on a salon. Unfortunately, my second experience was bad enough that I wont be trying again. I was charged $55 for a acrylic fill. The price list clearly states $35 and I did not get any design or anything extra. I think I was overcharged because at one point I asked the technician (thomas) to remove some trapped dirt / moisture under the fresh acrylic. He assured me the nail polish would cover it up. I explained that I am concerned with cleanliness and infection, not just the appearance. After going back and forth for an uncomfortable amount of time, he finally cleaned it up. Then he proceeded to tell me I have big strong hands and apply 5 layers of gel to my nails. My nails are now thick, and bumpy and I will have to go pay for a brand new set to redo them before my event this weekend. This place had great reviews so I really wanted to like it but both times my nails came out thick and wavy and not to my liking. The salon was nice and clean and the woman at the front seems nice so I will...

Went for a gel manicure today and had Henry. From the first moment in the chair he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, commenting multiple times about how short my nails are (hence why I’m at the nail salon, to help the situation). He was insanely rough, cutting my cuticles with no softening or prep before hand, every single time he pick up a finger to file he commented how short the nail was, and would toss my hand toward the UV light opening, he also dug his finger nail into my finger to clear after painting. Henry also answered a FaceTime phone call in the middle of my manicure and spoke with the person on the other end for multiple minutes. Over all very rude, very rough, and only spent a total of 15 minutes to complete my manicure start to finish, and this is a $30 manicure, completely unacceptable. I have planned on getting a manicure biweekly until my wedding in Sept to help grow them out, if he acted more appropriately he could have had a loyal customer, and instead I will...
