1ST - of all the yard is not drivable. It is covered by holes and when combine with snow you have a great chance to stuck as couple driver just did. There is nobody who can even take care of a snow. This service does not exist. If you stucked it is your problem. Because of that getting to the docks seems to be a journey serious one!!!
2 ND - when you finally end up this journey to the dock succesfully through this mud then you will experience another surprise - which is extremely long time to get loaded
3 RD - nobody cares that you are about to be out of hours soon
You can arrive early and you can have a set appointment. Pluto Corporation doesn’t unload Company or O/O trucks fast at all. They go at their own pace. Drivers will lose lots of their 14 hours workday, when delivering at the very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very slow warehouse facility. Bring your meals, drinks and toilet potty. Check in then go to sleep or you can wait until you get that call to receive a dock door then go to sleep, it most certainly go to bed...
Read moreThe people there are generally nice. Would recommend coming on half fuel, expect to be front heavy. Even with moving the tandems all the way up and my 5th wheel, I was still over on my drive axles.
No close by scales, but make absolutely sure you do weigh if you’re going to be crossing any scales at all.
If you’re not over on gross weight, they won’t adjust anything in the trailer, even if it’s too heavy one axle. So good luck if...
