Came in for a set of tires for my truck. Both drives and steers. Wanted specifically the Michelins I had now with the photos of the tires so I told him exactly the right ones. Stan at first tried to offer me random branded ones they had in stock… I told him this isn’t what I want. He then tried to look up the Michelins, said he can’t find them. After some minutes he managed to pull something up.

I told him the name of the tire, the size etc. he gave me again a random guess on how much it’ll be for a tire and not the one I asked for. Then someone called him, instead of saying please hold for a moment or tell me hey man I need to take this call or whatever… just started talking to that guy completely giving no thoughts about a dude wanting 10 tires in front of him. Saw him turn off the screen with the tires and this point, didn’t say anything to me. No price for the whole set.. just that guess on how much it could be and again… wasn’t even the tire I was asking for.

No time frame when they’ll arrive, no information how to order them. Okay so if you don’t want my business I’ll go to the next shop down the road that will be glad to take it.

Wild to come in for 10 tires and walking out...

Dear drivers. My advice to you is don't go here. Yes, it's true, it's clean, toilets, showers, mechanics work well. But a lot of strange things are happening here... I bought a shower at night to wash myself, and waited 40 minutes, although I see 3 free showers, and the computer on the checkout is green. There is no milk for the coffee, the ice machine doesn't work... wanted to take ice from the drinks machine and was told each cup of ice would cost 50 cents. Agree, this is ridiculous... It shouldn't be like that. after all, ice is free on every truck stop. It's not even about the money for the ice, everyone wants to earn. But there must be some limit...

DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOVE'S REPAIR SHOP. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. OUR TRUCK CAME IN WITH LEAKING WHEEL SEAL, WE WAITED 3 HOURS TO GET INTO THE BAY, AND THEN 3 HOURS LATER, WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS TYPE OF SEAL AND THAT THEY NEED TO FIND IT. SO IT TOOK THEM 3 HRS TO PULL IT APART AND FIGURE OUT THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE SEAL. ANOTHER 3 HRS LATER AND WE ARE STILL HERE BECAUSE THEY CANT FIND THE SEAL. WE ASKED TO PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND WERE TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT DO IT. IT IS RIDICULOUS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY BAD SERVICE. IF YOU CAN NOT DO THE JOB, JUST SAY SO AND DO NOT WASTE...
