It’s been more than two months since i’ve ordered and payed but whenever i call they give us excuses about how they’re too busy with a customer or the owner isn’t there. i will never be coming here again and i suggest anyone trying to buy anything from there, to not go there.

UPDATE/EDIT: I went there again because my dad wanted to give them another chance. They had told us they would FOR SURE give us our stuff by August 14 otherwise they'll pay us double back. We go on the 18th and they say that they forgot to check their book and we should come back the next day. We go again on the 23rd, and again they tell us to come the next day. When we confronted them of this ongoing behavior, the owner started slamming the counter and talking loudly and ripped up our reciept saying that they aren't going to do business with us anymore. When we said we weren't leaving without our stuff, they made us wait another 45+ minutes and miraculousl bring us our stuff. Blamed the owners outburst on his hypertension, which makes absolutely no sense. DO NOT GO THERE. Most reviews are by their own families and partners and not by actual customers. They're cheaters and liars, do NOT recommend...

I would like to give this place a zero star if I could have an option . I order gold bars five months ago & full payment was made in advance. It’s been more than four months since I been waiting for my order to receive but he is keep delaying it by saying my order will deliver next week and it past more than four months. Now told us to get money back after five months on top of that the check he gave to me bounced because it wasn’t legitimate. Totally waste of time and money. He try to scream on me when I asked him to return the money. I Would advise everyone who already invest money to get it return asap because there is very less chance he will fulfill his promises and those are thinking to order from him please do not order from this guy if you like to save ur time and want to Avoid the harassment !!! Just the absolute worst possible service. I ordered 6 very expensive Gold bangles in March. Gave them a $2k down. They told us it would be ready in 2 weeks. They played phone tag with me for 3 MONTHS constantly saying “oh they’re ready, they’re probably ready, they should be coming in any time” and eventually I just decided to walk into the store the guy said “oh come by Tuesday I’ll have them here for you” Of course I come by Tuesday and they’re not there. He called his wife, who was at the store, and told her to just give us our money back. What an absolute waste of time. Terrible service. And honestly very hideous designs.
