I put more value into a rating when a company or business is tested with a problem or mistake. We all make mistakes, but how we handle them is what separates us.

I purchased an outdoor table and chair set for $2,000. It had to be manufactured and ordered.

Chairs and table arrived earlier than the two week estimate. When I began the assembly process, I noticed one of the table pieces was machined incorrectly, rendering the piece useless. Two of the four seats didn’t have holes drilled where there were supposed to be holes.

I picked up the phone and called phill and explained the problem. He was very apologetic and said he would get right back to me.

Within the hour, phil called me back with an acceptable solution. He had me text him a picture of the faulty pieces and had the manufacturer re-make the pieces the next day. They overnighted the pieces directly to my house.

Phil and Steve called me each day to update me with what was going on.

Despite the error during the manufacturing process, I couldn’t be more happier with how this was handled , especially during the covid-19 period when people are hard to find.

Unfortunately, the customer service was unprofessional, and the sales team was overly aggressive in attempting to sell outdated and overpriced items. I strongly advise against visiting this outlet to avoid unnecessary frustration and financial loss. Instead, I highly recommend exploring the newly opened furniture store located off Arlington Road, within the plaza that houses Roses Discount Store. In contrast, this store offers exceptional customer service, reasonable prices, and high-quality furniture imported from Turkey. Upon inquiring, I discovered that they maintain an impressive selection of products, including rugs, beds, couches, love seats, dinner tables, mirrors, vanities, curtains, and shower curtains, plus more all available at remarkably reasonable prices. I purchased a sofa and loveseat and Steve gave me a price over 100 dollars more than the price advertised on the website. When I called, I got the run around. I was told the finance company charges them 10% which is a lie. I called the finance company and they charge them 1%, this is an industry standard. I asked about a refund, which I gave them 40 dollars cash. The finance company said that should have been on my credit card. I was also told "I will scotchguard it for free" Yet another lie, since Ashley already does that. I then called their other store in an effort to speak to the owner and again got a run around. I ended up going to Quality furniture in Orange Park. Got the same furniture for 200 less, great service and my furniture will arrive this week rather than the 6 weeks Steve told me. Run away...
