AWESOME SHOP AND EMPLOYEES! I stopped in after having a “run-in with construction debris” all over the road that punctured a huge hole in my tire! Being from out of town, visiting FL on a family vacay….”I’m thinking “oh yay…now I have to track down a fricking tire place (bc I drove down and needed another full-sized spare functional for my piece of mind driving back home) to see if they can fix the puncture!” 🙄🤪. Seeing this shop out of the corner of my eye on the way to my missed “Airboat Ride” lol, I figured I’d stop in and give it a whirl to see if they could assist. Sir Daniel and Sir Miles took me in immediately and went to work “reconstructing the big hole!” Success! Had great conversation(s) while I waited, and the gentleman were super quick! From the moment I walked in, Daniel and the Midas team greeted me with support, professionalism, honesty, and the kind of customer service that’s hard to find these days. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained how they could meet my tire repair needs and made sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle.

I was on my way home early from work on a Friday evening when my back right tire picked up a large bolt in the road. I had literally just taken my car in last week after picking up a nail on the back left...so you can imagine how frustrated I was when I pulled into the new Mavis right near my house. I was welcomed by the Manager Daniel, who had already pulled my tag to see that I've been a longstanding customer of Mavis on Race Track Rd. He already knew that I had just repaired a flat a week earlier. They immediately started on my car. I maybe waited 30 to 40 minutes and I was repaired and out the door.
