The employees need some serious glove & food safety training. While waiting to have my sandwich made, the guy manning the topping station used his gloved hand to wipe off the counter in front of him of all the scraps of previous sandwiches, including lettuce, bits of meat & cheese, pickles, etc. and he threw it all into the bin of lettuce!!! The “clean” lettuce waiting to be used on sandwiches was contaminated with all of that crap. He then used the same gloved hand to wipe off the counter again, then picked up my sandwich and asked what I wanted on it. Plus, the other three employees were also wearing gloves, touching everything behind the counter and then handling food. Your employees need some serious glove training. Read moreI want to love this new Rivertown location but the staff is completely unorganized, extremely slow & can not adequately accommodate the growing size of the area. I understand working out the kinks the first several weeks but it seems they were not fully prepared to open. I was grabbing a quick sandwich for me and my boys after work, ordered on the app and arrived at my pick-up time. Despite asking all four employees about my order, they repeatedly told me it wasn't ready. After waiting 15-20 minutes, the manager finally tells me my order is on the pick-up shelf, I didn't know there was a "pick up shelf". ONE other guy was waiting for food yet it took 5 employees to find my order.

Read moreI really want to like this place because when they make the sub right it is really good, but the problem is that it is only made correctly about 10% of the time. If they are out of something when you order through the app, they just substitute it with whatever they want or leave it off (even if the sub is supposed to have bacon and you pay for extra they will just refund it and not say anything). You don’t find out until you actually open the sub because they don’t attempt to tell you at all. They are really understaffed and I tried to be understanding this last time since it was just a couple of teenagers running the place. I nicely told them it was wrong and yes I would like it remade instead of a refund. They did remake it, but then just put it in a bag and slammed it on the counter. Didn’t apologize or even call my name to say it was finished.
