I had such a horrible experience today at this store. I had an incident a few weeks ago where my sister and I were trying to reach a soap that was on the top shelf and when I picked up my sister to get the soap she put her hand on the shelf and the side of the shelf fell. Ever since that incident we don’t reach for merchandise on top shelf’s. Today I got accused of stealing and breaking things by one of the employees she then continued to tell me that the boss had told her that he was going to ban me from the store for stealing…. Keep in mind the incident happened weeks ago and it’s not stealing when a accident happens and merchandise breaks. I didn’t get asked to pay for it so how is that stealing? Whenever an accident happens at Walmart, Walmart doesn’t make the customer pay for it. But I started recording a video for my personal reference and she then changed the story saying he said he was going to ban penny shoppers for breaking things ( when she had already told me specifically that I WAS GETTING BANNED) for “stealing” from them. Whenever I go there there’s never that many customers in store and they act like everything is so much work. This store is not maintained well which is why customers like me find so many penny items. This store in general is let go the clearance is never marked like the other stores nor as well organized. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE MEXICAN! They will be rude to you! Very disappointed with the...

EDIT: things have definitely gone downhill. It started before the remodel (which I'd hoped would help to fix things but it seems to have just made them worse) the aisles are fairly narrow anyway but many are impossible to get down with a cart due to boxes upon boxes of goods on supply "dollies" being left in various places around the store. This would be acceptable if they were there because an employee was stocking the shelves but that's almost never the case. Those same boxes stay there for days on end (I used to go in several times a week so I know this to be fact) while many of the shelves go unstocked. Seasonal aisles are the worst. Items get stacked up, sometimes just shoved into whatever spot they might fit in, not even taking the time to remove them from the manufacturer's multi pack packaging. Shelves are rarely "neat", and with the exception of one or two long time cashiers (NOT management) the majority of the staff is...
Read moreUnderstaffed and understocked. Employees should not have to choose between putting out product or checking out customers. Running back and forth between two tasks takes good customer service out of the equation. Its more like a relay race than a shopping experience and only a handful of times have they had all the items I stopped in for. Usually, shelves are bare, messy, disorganized, etc and I have to go to a competitor for those items. Hire more staff, train them well, and make that a priority. Customer service is KEY and that cannot be the focus if one employee is responsible for all tasks/areas of the store...
