It was good of the installers and was great for a while, then the internet got way too slow lagging and buffering for hours on netflix and kept stop go stop go of what we were watching as well on youtube. We called and told them we were not going to use them anymore since our contract was comming to an end and would like to know what was needed to be returned. Was informed to bring the motem only nothing else doubled, and triple checked about just the motem, and hand delivered the motem on the 22nd of June. Then recently today get a call and threatened by them of going to collections of not returning another item that i was not aware was needed to be returned. If everyone was properly trained and informed what was needed to be returned i would have given a better raiting. But my wife returned the dish today and the manager was being inconsiderate as well rude,as the IT guy being nice, and claiming my wife to be rude when she was not informed properly by your staff what was needed to be returned, and this is not on us its on the company after we were told we were fine and good and returned everything that was asked of us, And the manager had to misgender my wife because they did not like being the ones at fault and the manager was being rude and providing poor customer service. Your company is at fault for not making sure your employees inform your customers what is needed to be returned train your phone staff better. I wouldn’t recommend this company not only being rude but not trained well to answer questions and thier internet access is horrible as we also kept loosing internet randomly as well i would recommend look else where for...
Read moreI have had so many years of great service from Farmer’s, and every time that I call, I have immediate help. They are cheerful when I am frustrated. They have the answers when I have only questions. They are quick and knowledgeable when I am slow and lost!
For instance—I could not figure out how to leave a google review. I still can’t believe that I could not figure it out. Tracy helped me so patiently—she even sent pictures to walk me through the task. While I struggle with my new disabilities—Farmer’s manages to help me without making me feel small.
Tracy Whitley explained my bill to me and helped me find a more appropriate and affordable plan for me and my family. She made it so simple and quick.
Additionally, the tech support guys are amazing. I can’t believe I have forgotten their names—but they have just about become my best friends. They help me with my computer and my struggles happily and patiently.

Read moreWe signed up for Farmers Mutual Telephone Company's internet and we are not disappointed! It started with when we bought our home, the FMTC installer was finishing up getting the junction box in. We needed a screw to hand a sign and he was nice enough to give us one! We didn't get the service at the time we were using another brand, which constantly failed us, but being thrifty we decided to give it a year more. Finally, we had had enough with the ins and outs of never knowing if and when it was going to go out! We took a trip to FMTC and spoke with Cheyenne, who was lovely and she signed us up. We wanted to use our own modem and router and they were kind enough to set that up for us. Unfortunately ours didn't give enough coverage, so we bought one of there's. The company is definitely customer oriented and addressed all of our concerns. A neighbor suggested them and they were right! I would definitely recommend FMTC to anyone moving into Fruitland.
