Facilities are clean and up to date. The only reason for only four stars is that the 5 X 10 unit is less than. It's missing about 10 inches of usable space.

UPDATE: Changed my rating. Upon moving out, they didn't have anyone working the office (during business hours) so we couldn't get access to a cart and had to remove everything by hand. When I called, the women wasn't very sympathetic when I asked for a rebate on my last bill. (They have no problem charging 50 dollars plus for after hours use) Her exact words were, "I apologized even though I didn't need to" which is the same as a fluck you. My boyfriend and I spend 650 $ a month here on 2 lockers.. jfor past about 8 just recently we started to downsize them the manager comes and tells us with a nasty attitude we have to clean up when we r done. Well we do sweep and pick up trash that's not ours as well. She accused us of her picking up crusty underwear from our locker. Omg, as if. Today she comes back and is again complaining about something. I needed a temperature controlled storage space for some fragile items. I called a few places and spoke with Lisa. Lisa explained all of the options that were available to me and held a really nice storage space for a few days so I could decide what to do. Today I rented the storage space and Lisa was so helpful with the paperwork and explaining everything. Lisa also helped me move several boxes into my new storage space.
