Delivery - I have tried to leave comments on Amazon but Amazon actually blocked my review. The issue with this product is that the company simply will not change their shipping method. I had a great conversation with a USPS representative and I better understand what is actually happening. First, the "standard" shipping method allows the USPS up to 14 days to deliver a package after the package has arrived at one of their mail facilities. Of course, the pitiful attempt of keeping the chocolate bars cool with 2 little frozen bags is destined to fail simply because their packaging method does not reflect the time that they are giving the USPS to make a delivery. No, it is not the USPS' fault. The Seller has the shipping method explained to them prior to finalizing their shipping contract. "Standard" is one of the cheapest ways possible of mailing packages. What ChocZero, Inc. should simply do is to allow for Priority Delivery in their pricing structure and change their cooling packages or simply allow Amazon to offer an expedited option that the customers will fund. They have a system failure and are simply "looking the other way" and ignoring their customers, which mean that they either truly do not care about repeat, satisfied customers or they believe for every customer they lose, another customer will take their place. Bottom line, they apparently do not care for whatever reason about their customer churn rate or the possible eventual complete failure of their online business. She decided she would be wise to cut sugar consumption way down to fight future hormone-related cancers for which sheâs now more at risk.
Having your treats has been a delight to her and us! We have ordered from both Amazon and directly from you, though I think we are slowly switching to just straight from you.
Our favs are the honey, marshmallows, Speculoos cookies, breakfast cookies, hazelnut chocolates (which our Walmart had been carrying, but suddenly are not?), maple syrup, and both milk and dark chocolate truffles.
By the way, we had tremendous success last fall roasting your large marshmallows and making sâmores with your hazelnut chocolates and some home made SF graham crackers. I am excited that this year, we are going to make them with your Speculoos cookies! â¤ď¸đđĽ

   Read moreI am rating this a 3 star and the ONLY reason is their way of shipping is totally unacceptable. I ordered lots of this choc and asked how they ship it. the comment was with dry ice. HOWEVER, it took forever to get a response because they do not have email, they have a recording for their phone but can't understand a word she says and you can't leave a message. I was only able to get a response after looking at amazon and actually sending in a feedback. I did in fact order the Choc, when it arrived the boxes were totally wet and the choc was melted. UNACCEPTABLE. it came with two 5x5 dry ice packs which is NOT enough when they pack it in a pouch and send it . Despite it being sent UPS . SUGGESTION: IF BEING SENT BY UPS MAKE IT TO ARRIVE AT A DESIGNATED TIME. AND MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH DRY ICE TO HANDLE VERY HOT WEATHER ( Which was stated in my feedback to them).
