Disappointing Del Taco Experience on Memorial Day!

I recently visited Del Taco on Memorial Day me and my family with high hopes of enjoying a fresh and delicious meal. However, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the food did not meet my expectations of being freshly made. Upon entering the establishment, I was disappointed to find the restroom in a dirty state, with paper towels scattered on the floor. This lack of cleanliness was off-putting and set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. There were only 3 to 4 employees visible, with some focused on cooking and one lady solely attending to the drive-through orders and window service. While the food was prepared relatively quickly, it was not served hot. It seemed like the meals had been sitting in a warming area for an extended period, resulting in a lackluster dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this Del Taco location based on my visit. The subpar cleanliness of the restroom, coupled with the lukewarm and seemingly pre-prepared food, left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. New review Unfortunately even after a year they still are not a good Del Taco. I ordered the chili cheese fries extremely easy you put fries in a box with chili and cheese on it how can you screw that up? Old review Took 20 min for 3 people in line. They couldn't stop chatting wkmith each other to take an order or make the food fast. Then when it was wrong and they had to ring me back up, of course it was MY fault for not telling then at the speaker box I waited at for 5 min before even being asked what I wanted that I had a coupon on my phone. I have NEVER been told I have to tell them at the speaker nor does the app... just admit your wrong when you are and work dont gab... would give zero stars if I could.... food sucked anyway. I usually go to this Del Taco as it is close to where I live. Today 7-30-20 stopped after work around 1:00 pm. I ordered Beyond Avocado Taco, which I have had there before. I also ordered $1.19 Tostado. I aaked girl at drivs thru if there was a fork in bag? She said, yes there was. I parked in lot to eat. I started eating taco and mixture inside was really watered down. So when I bit into it, shell broke anx liquid mess was all over paper and me. I was wearing white blouse and got some on it. Girl there gave me 2 napkins and no fork. I waa trying to eat my food. Really not a good experience. I called manager to tell him about watered down meat mixture in taco. All he said was it is not made in their restaurant. He did not seem to care.
