Moser's Foods — Local services in Fulton

I really like Moser's selection, and it is always great to support a local grocery store. My only complaint is that their Apple Pay never works. I use Apple Pay everywhere and it's always just fine. This is the only store I ever have trouble at, and the cashiers always shrug their shoulders when I say that it never works here.

EDIT - September 2020 - Self checkouts were installed over the summer. They are definitely a nice addition! Plus, it appears that when the checkouts were installed, the pay terminals had a software update done, so now my Apple Pay works flawlessly at all terminals. The only downside to the self checkouts is if you bring your own bag. You tap "own bag" then the attendant must verify you don't have anything in...

To the cashier and customer. Absolute rudeness. She and customer chatted while ringing up mygallon of tea. She never acknowledged my presence. She never told me what my total was. She just yacked at the customer while holding on to the gallon of tea.

Customer just as rude. Refused to move on. Just yacked at cashier.

I was raised to be polite. I really hate to interrupt your yack fest so I can pay for my groceries.

But cashier tells me I can pay when ever I like. While customer is still standing in the way and she's still packing at him.

One of you is going to have to MOVE if you want me to pay.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would this place has had the worst customer service the cashier I took my products to named bree has a bad attitude I put my products on the line she rolled her eye's at me I get it you don't want to be at work but you are the face when people go to check out line then after just throwing my products at the end of the line instead of handing it to me like at every grocery store and I said have a nice day and she rolled her eyes again and said whatever makes you feel better the last time I ever shop at another mosers ill take my business to Walmart or C&R market...
