My dad 65 years old wanted to get my mom A blizzard cake for her birthday she turned 57 the 29th Saturday. All the family couldnât get together until Sunday. My father asked me if I could help him order a blizzard cake from Dairy Queen on Saturday I told him Iâd call and order for him. The young lady answered the phone and she said she could make a special cake for my mom it would be a sheet cake but a blizzard cake to accommodate how many people we had coming. I asked her to make the borders and red and please put happy birthday grandma on top because my mom has 10 grand children that would be attending. I also told her my dad will be picking up the cake at noon. My dad called me so frustrated they had nothing made. The manager also said there was no ticket but there was a ticket because the girl was writing and asking me questions while I was on the phone with her. To accommodate manager gave us 2 8 inch blizzard cakes and covered the difference of what the sheet cake would have costed. Which made things a little bit better but nowhere near satisfying to make matters worse he use Pink to write âhappy birthday grandmaâ on One of the 8 inch cakes which is my moms least favorite color! đ„ș which then feather upset my dad! This may seem stupid but it upset my dad something terrible he only wanted to make his wife happy theyâve been together for 30+ years and special memories like birthdays, anniversaries and exc... are very meaningful. It breaks my heart to see them both upset on such a special...
Read moreI never had a problem with this specific dairy queen until I made a delivery order. And the door dash driver contacted me 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be at my door. I tried canceling the order online to get reimbursement for what I had paid with the order and delivery fee. But the website said to contact the direct store the order was made with. At first the delivery driver told me they were having a maintenance problem. Then 30 minutes later said it was an electrical problem. I understand the delivery driver was just as confused with what was going on as I was. I contacted the store twice and they said they didn't have the order anymore and it wasn't possible for them to cancel it or to refund me what I had spent. So I had to make a formal complaint with dairy queen headquarters. Hopefully the store owner will help to rectify the situation and reimburse the charges that had already been taken from my card. I think the door dash driver needs a raise. The driver was turned away yet they still waited, trying to get the order for me.The driver and dairy queen headquarters were the only ones that were helping me to resolve...
Read moreThis afternoon at approximately 3:00 oâclock I stopped at the Dairy Queen in Fulton, Mo. I normally do not eat fast food. But, I made an exception as I hadnât eaten lunch. If I could rate the quality of the food as a â0â I would. At the drive thru I ordered the 1/2 lb cheeseburger, French fries (because I was told they were out of onion rings) and a Dr Pepper. I asked for âfreshlyâ prepared food. The tomatoes were discolored and there was virtually no ketchup or mustard on the sandwich. The food had obviously been under heat lamps for quite awhile! The burgers were stale, the cheese was cold/unmelted, the fries were greasy and barely warm and even the Dr Pepper had virtually no ice in the cup. The cost was $12.00. I havenât left many reviews in my lifetime. But, I feel compelled to share how disgusting this was. In my opinion it wouldnât have taken a great deal of effort to provide freshly made food instead of offloading this stale food thru the drive thru....
