UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW 10/30/17 I've been visiting this location since they opened and have always had troubles with Margo since they hired her. On one trip, WE had to find the coils we wanted to buy in THEIR system so she could ring us out. Literally, she handed us their iPad to find an item in their system. Moving along. I've complained to Jackson about her a few times and all he's done is defended her and said that she just needs more training and knowledge. Well I go in today for issues with my Kylin and I asked for Jackson because I trust his expertise. She said he wasn't there but should be back Tuesday so I told her I would wait for him. She insisted she could help me and I declined again, but asked when Jackson would return. Her whole personality shifted and then told me Jackson got a different job. Sounds a little fishy to me!! Soooo...I guess I'll just find wherever Jackson went and go there now because there is NO WAY I'm dealing with Margo.

OLD REVIEW My wish for today was to find a new vape shop with awesome product and an excellent experience. Wish was granted when we walked through the doors of Good Guys in Fuquay! Immediately, Jackson (hope that's spelled right) was extremely helpful and personable. He knows the vape industry very well! Our favorite part, he was EXCITED to talk and help us shop! While we were there, the owner (missed his name unfortunately) came in and also, immediately greeted us and chatted with us. Super friendly guy with a lot of knowledge! Very accommodating as well! He built one beautiful shop with an awesome vibe! All in all, walked away with great juice (The Man from Nantucket), a sexy Sumo RDA and an amazing experience! Can't wait to go back for my...

This place is practically in the middle of nowhere. I only went because it was Sunday and I needed something specific and they were the closest shop that was open and carried the product. It took so long to get here, my plans for the whole day were thrown off. On top of this the customer service was sub par. The clerk wasn't rude, just not very helpful, didn't greet me as I entered (nor the people who entered while I was there), and I felt like it was a burden for her to help me. I'll go back of I HAVE to, but that's the only time.

EDIT: After I posted this review, Omar (shop manager/owner), replied and we talked. He wanted to make things right. I went back to the store today and he was there and gave me a store credit as an apology. I was assisted by the same young woman (Emma) who was helpful and turned out to be quite knowledgeable about their products. I brought a list with me of things I was looking for and when I told her which was most important (a new tank with a softer hit than the one currently on the mod), she immediately had a suggestion. Emma was able to explain why it would be a softer hit as well as other features about the tank. When I decided to get that, plus a pack of coils to go with it, she also made sure to go over what was included in the box with me. It was a much better experience and it meant a lot that Omar reached out to me to make things right. I'll definitely be back.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I have only been there once and will never go back there again. Only reason I went there is because I didn't have a vehicle and had gotten a ride from a friend to go to a doctor's appointment and it was on the way back to my house (I couldn't ask my friend to bring me all the way to my regular vape shop, drive all the way back to my house and then go back towards that way to get to Raleigh and I thought it would be a decent vape shop, but I was wrong). They don't really have any good deals. Their bottles of liquid like 10ml and 30ml bottles are NOT the size of what they say they are, you get a lot less, plus their liquids taste gross and their liquids will make your coil burn up really quick. I compared good guy vapes to the other bottles I always get from the vape and tobacco shop I always go to and you can instantly tell that the good guy vapes bottles are smaller than other bottles you get somewhere else at a different vape shop. I don't recommend this...
