I would NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone. I visited the salon today for the first time for facial and haircut. Ladies in the salon advertised what appeared to be deals . The facial portion of the salon service was fine, but the haircut I received was HORRIFYING. I explained to hair stylist, Ashley Hare, that I wanted a one inch trim. She even held up hair, asked to clarify, to which I repeated one inch, just the dead ends. As she began to cut my hair I commented wow that is short, to which Ashley replied “ not that short”. She then proceeded to cut 6-8 inches and chopped all the length of my hair off. I haven’t stoped crying since I left….. it has taken me several years of hair care to have hair as long as I had previously. I will probably have to spend hundreds at another spa now to mitigate this horrific cut, and buy extensions. I have attached my hair pre hair cut, and pics of the 8inch chop off I didn’t ask for . I don’t know if the girl was having a bad day, but there’s no excuse for this. Especially when I clarified copious times I wanted a small trim. Just imagine going in for a quick trim and you leave with this. WORST hair cut experience...

I've cut my own hair for years, I have a specific way that I like for it to look. I've tried multiple salons over the years on a whim to see if they could imitate what I prefer and have always left disappointed. Well, the day I went to Groovy, I was expecting the same result. I explained what I wanted done to Lexi, and she did perfect. Great at keeping you smiling the whole time. Her personality sets up an amazingly authentic and stress free environment. You can tell that she is one that truly enjoys what she does. 10/10...

1000/10 this salon is a 1 stop shop for ALL your needs. I have received a Japanese head spa massage from the owner Alex. She was so thorough & kind. It was incredible. I’ve gotten a spray tan from Hailey that left me glowing. The prettiest natural color. The facials are to die for. Michelle designed & made 3 shirts for my son’s baseball game, same day order!
