Clint and Sheena are some of the most amazing, genuine people in this world. You can walk right in and feel like you've known them forever. Being surrounded by glitz and glamour and expensive designer handbags and jewelry just to find two beautiful humans that belong on the red carpet should be intimidating as all hell, but say one word to them and then breathe an immediate sigh of relief and know you're in the absolute best hands for the rest of your life.

Okay, now my testimony.

I met Clint and Sheena through the WHOA GNV podcast and knew then that when it came time to shop for engagement rings, I would check them out. I wasn't completely clueless to what I wanted and had a basic knowledge, but I probably didn't have a realistic budget. Driving back and forth between Gainesville and Jacksonville, I was constantly subject to radio ads from large retailers offering 0% financing for 60 months and that started to sound lucrative because I wanted the best for my fiancée but didn't have the savings to match my taste. I almost caved. Almost. But that also meant buying something "off the rack" from a salesperson that was just there to do their job and make their money. I knew without doubt that Clint would create something that would be killer and give me the absolute best VALUE he could because I felt like we were friends and that he actually cared about me. He takes his art personally and passionately, so like any good "salesperson," what I really bought was HIM. I trusted him. And let me tell you, HE CRUSHED IT!

The timelines were perfect. The communication was perfect. I spent more than I anticipated based off that Day 1 budget, but there is zero doubt in my mind about the value I received and it's independent appraisal WELL OVER what I paid.

Here's the most important thing. My fiancée ADORES her ring. She gets complimented on it daily. It makes her so proud and it makes her feel so loved. Whether it's her catching her own self mesmerized by it or the flood of attention it receives, she is constantly reminded what it represents and what she truly means to me. It's perfect, it looks perfect on her, and one of the biggest decisions of my life was executed flawlessly all because of HOUSE of LUXURY @ Haile. I'm so happy I found this place! Clint and Sheena treated me with up most respect and more importantly; they made me feel like they truly wanted my proposal to be as special as possible and had my best interest at heart. They made a lifetime customer out of me and they will be the first people I check with whenever I need anything jewelry.

After countless research (Note: I research everything rather obsessively) on diamond cuts, clarity, color, GIA, etc., I was ready to purchase a diamond online because a lot of the information online pointed towards that being the best "bang for your buck" option. Before I pulled the trigger on such a big purchase online however, I decided to call around the local jewelry stores and see what they offered.

I went to at least 5 local jewelers all over town and spoke with the owners and even had some order me diamonds within my price range to look at. All of them pretty much offered the same prices and quality which was very much in line with what I had noted online as average prices. I wanted a GREAT deal though so I kept calling around. Eventually I called Haile Jewelry and Loans and spoke on the phone with Clint. He told me he had the shape and cut I was looking for and that he would give me a good price on it if I came in. I went in and he gave me a deal I simply could not refuse. The cautious side of me however wanted to take my time and I told Clint I wanted to think about it. He was perfectly fine with that and expressed that he completely understood (not pushy at all). A few days passed and then I finally came to my senses and went back in to buy the ring. I wanted to get a second opinion on the quality and cut, etc., of the diamond and told Clint that I was going to have the ring looked at by another jeweler. He was perfectly fine with that and told me that he would refund my money if anything came up. There was no need for this however, because the other two jewelers who I had look at the diamond told me it was a GREAT buy. Obviously I was very pleased and decided to go back to Clint to have him help me reset the diamond in something more unique. He was able to arrange this for me with no problems and constantly emailed me with updates (I asked him to email rather than call so my girlfriend would not notice). The ring ended up turning out beautiful and my fiancee gets compliments about it wherever we go. I am grateful for everything Clint and Sheena did and could not imagine recommending any other place in town...

Let me start with I was very picky. I had searched all over for the perfect stone to go in my engagement ring for my now fiancé. I looked every where from chain jewelry stores to locally owned stores with no luck. I felt despite having a generous budget I wasn’t being shown quality stones worth the hefty price tags and frankly felt like just another customer despite being ready to buy. I was recommended Haile jewelry and loans by a family friend. After making the trip there I instantly had a good feeling. From the time you walk into this store there’s a wow factor. I learned the store was in a new location which was evident by the cleanliness of the gorgeous wood floors, recessed handbag displays and neat shop lighting that really made the store feel boutique like. I met the owners Clint and his wife sheena who really focused on what I wanted and warmly guided me through the process of inspecting all of there inventory. I found the perfect stone my first trip to the store and let me tell you, I was nervous to find out the price tag seeing as this was the highest quality diamond I had inspected. Once I had selected the stone I wanted to purchase Clint brought me to their private walk in safe/room which again felt luxurious and the personalized shopping experience didn’t stop. I was offered a selection of beverages while we discussed my engagement plans! My nervousness disappeared after I found out the price of the stone I selected. Despite being catered too from the time I walked in and the exceptionally high quality of the stone, the price Clint gave me fell right into the middle of my budget which left me smiling. I had found it. And I did so feeling completely cared for. Not only did I hit the jack pot with the diamond Clint even had my stone set the same day!! This was the best shopping experience I could have had and I would reccomend Haile to anyone looking for value and a luxury...
