I am a current endocrinology patient and I am so disappointed and frustrated with this establishments billing department. I received my 1st of 3 statements for a bill back in the beginning of may of this year. I have been trying to contact them since the first statement in order to pay it in full or at least set up a payment plan. I have tried 7 DIFFERENT POINTS OF CONTACT NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE PAST 3 months to get in touch with these people so my bill doesn’t go to collections and wreck my credit score. I have not received any response or assistance in satisfying my bill. I have only spoken to 2 people in the past 3 months. 1 who couldn’t help me because she wasn’t apart of the billing department….. that was the number I called so ????…… and the other person was apart of the billing department but told me I had to pay in full and wouldn’t be able to set up a payment plan or even make a payment on that balance that day if it was under a certain amount. I am typically a very gracious and easy going person/patient. Not many things can make me as angry and frustrated as I am right now with this organization and how negligent they have been with communication and patient services. Looking into opening an investigation and taking legal action against the billing department specifically. They are so quick to send a letter with your balance threatening collections and the right they reserve to decline services to patients if their bills aren’t paid by their next appointment but not quick enough to collect payment themselves? So they would rather send it to collections and sell your debt for pennies on the dollar instead of making the billing department accountable for doing their job. Sincerely, Your...
Read moreIf I could give 6 stars I most definitely would. One of the best choices I have made in my adult health care life. I was terrified about changing to a new internal medicine doctor. I had a previous family doctor for over 18 years, all the past health records and issues I had to bring to the table but I had finally had enough of the run around and wait for hours on in just to be ran out door. I finally made the choice to go get care here. Nervously, I took my seat quickly filling out my new patient paperwork, surprisingly 5 mins later I was promptly called back to be seen by a very caring nurse and my new Doctor was in the room about 2 mins after she left, smiling and happy to be there! What a relief just that was in itself. I was still filling out my paperwork. He even took the time to help me answer the questions. I was so nervous about everything but he was calm and listened to my every concern and issue. Now, if I'm sick I call and within minutes I'm seen face to face without having to come to the office. No wait time! He is amazing and I'm willing to bet most doctors make you feel wanted and cared for here! They have a drive and are passionate to be what they spent many years in college for and love their career and their clients. It most certainly shows. I have never been...
Read moreAs a healthcare professional myself, I am deeply disappointed by the standard of care demonstrated at this practice. On two separate occasions, my husband has been dismissed and disregarded by Dr. Pandoo and Dr. Patel. Despite my previous conversations with staff addressing the critical importance of men’s mental health and the stigma surrounding it, the issue has been neglected yet again.
The care provided here is impersonal and disheartening. Patients are treated as numbers rather than individuals seeking help. The male providers mentioned have shown a concerning lack of empathy and professionalism, raising serious questions about their ability to adequately support patients in distress. Their approach is not only dismissive but borders on negligent. Suggesting that someone struggling with mental health simply “meditate” their concerns away is both unacceptable and irresponsible.
There is absolutely no justification for the way my husband was treated. He left visibly shaken, and the only person in the office who demonstrated genuine compassion was the front desk staff member, Jenna or Gina—thank you to her for offering the only humanity we experienced during this visit.
I strongly urge others to consider this experience before seeking care at...
