I have always had a great experience when coming to the imaging center in Braselton for my mammogram. The nurses have always been wonderful. Today when meeting with the person who takes all of your health and insurance information I had a different experience. Jennifer was extremely rude and incredibly short with me when I told her that the PCP’s name was incorrect. I said the I needed to call my primary physicians office to check because I wanted to make sure that my insurance would cover the mammogram. Jennifer made a face a looked angry. I asked her if she had a problem with me calling. She said yes because she did not want to get backed up with patients waiting and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no that I just wanted to make a short call and then she asked me to step out and tell the receptionist. There was not a single person waiting for her. While I made the call I could see her at her desk doing nothing. When I got off the phone she came out and I told her it should be fine after taking 5 minutes to talk to my Dr’s office. Getting a mammogram can be stressful especially if you know that you have a lump. Jennifer repeated herself many times as if I did not understand what she was saying. I completely understood and she needs to learn how to listen if she is going to be in direct contact with patients. I will not be treated this way by anyone, especially someone who I assume is there to take care of me as a patient. I want to be clear, the nurses that perform the mammograms have always been wonderful. It is sad to me that Jennifer has a lack of understanding and empathy for the women that come in her office. I do not know her last name, I asked so that I could call the imaging center and talk to the Manager/Director but the receptionist did not know and went and got Jennifer. When Jennifer came out she turned her badge around and said she didn’t see why I needed that information. I said...

Read moreI had a wonderful experience here. This was my first time here and I would highly recommend. The facility was also very clean and well maintained! As soon as my mom and I walked through the door we were greeted by a very kind woman , who also complimented my mom and her outfit, which I loved! I came last week to have a Arthrography and MRI done due to ongoing wrist issues from a car accident last year. I was very nervous about the Arthrography and the staff let my mom sit with me while I got the procedure done. The entire staff, DR.Morgan, Emily, student Destiny, and MRI David were very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly the entire process of the Arthrography and the MRI. Due to all the physical trauma my wrist has from my car accident and multiple surgeries, the Contrast was having a difficult time going through all my scar tissue from past surgeries. Dr.Morgan was able to squeeze me in to redo the contrast with a different approach by going in the other side of my wrist to get the Contrast to go through for MRI. I’m so appreciative that all the kind staff were able to squeeze me in so I wouldn’t have to come back, and that I was able to get it all done in one day. Everyone was very thoughtful, kind, and entertaining. I love when a team and DR. can keep you upbeat and make you laugh while getting procedures done that you’ve never got done or are nervous to get...
