Rabbittown Package Store — Local services in Gainesville

Update: I noticed the other day that the package store was now open again. I have not visited yet but I feel the old review here was no longer relevant. I don’t know anything about this store now that it’s reopened. I only hope they get things straightened out and manage the place and are open with competitive prices the way a business should be. I’ll update again after a while and see what happens in the next months I’ll rate this as 3 stars for now instead of the one star for the time being. Thank for reading my reviews. This place is usually almost alw closed no matter what time I stop there. They have very poor management and may as well permanently close. This place opened up several years ago and I had really high hopes. Their selection was really bad when they first opened and I thought it was because they just hadn't got all the stock in. Well that's not the case, here we are years later and you walk in and they have a half empty store! With no selection at all. It's so sad the waste of a good location and a nice building. Update

I chose Rabbittown because it is conveniently a stone's throw away from home, which is Gillsville. First visit to this liquor store. The store is so beautifully well kept, impressively clean, organized, with wide aisles and they carry non-GMO/vegan drink mixes, affordably priced, amazing and well worth returning for. BUT!! (There's that big but.) A friend took me to a liquor store in Commerce (about equal distance as Rabbittown) and the 750ml bottle prices were $5.00 cheaper.
