My 87 year old grandmother bought a couch and loveseat set from Russ. After a few weeks of use, she noticed there was something wrong with the support below the cushions on one side. Clearly a manufacturer flaw and the couch was still under warranty. After emailing the manufacturer, we were told their warranty states you have to make claims through the retailer.
