Pleasantly deceiving. Let's start with the Saison. This on site brewed and aged beer is amazing. The deep robust flavors of spices, fruits and aged barrels is beyond expectations. Listed as 5.5 percent abv is laughable. Easily conquers a 9% beer. It will make you question your tolerance levels. The smoked Gouda burger was cooked to perfection with a very, almost noticeable pink. Buttery, great texture with balanced notes of cumin presence. The pretzel sticks were soft, chewy and piping hot. One of the best examples I've personally had. Generous course salt with a hint of butter and garlic in the background. The service was second to none. I wish I could shout out our waitresses name because the service was excellent. We spent 60 bucks on 2 beers, 2 cocktails (also distilled in house) a burger plate and a Generous Pretzel appetizer. I had the tour of the facility, and it was a very nice one. The staff and owners are insanely attentive and nice. They like to talk to you in a respectful manner which really helps add to the experience.

As for the drinks, I'm not much of a drinker or even like much beer, but this stuff is good. I really liked the sampler of Beer we had, it was a good batch. I'm not much of hard liquor person so I cannot comment on that.

The food was spectacular. I had the Triple B burger. I love, love, love BBQ sauce on my burger. The patties tasted really good even without anything extra. The burger was excellent and by itself is a 5 star burger. The boom bread is very nice and fluffy.

Showed up there to find a local place to eat, turns out they were doing a brunch buffet from 11-3 I think and all seemed well. Drinks were good and the food was mostly breakfast food and was fairly decent at best. Bill came back and the total was absurd. The brunch was 20$ per person!! The food was decent at best and 20$ per person?! Complete rip off for the price. We only got one plate of the buffet because it wasn’t anything to shout about.
