Was visiting my aunt and uncle in Kansas, needed to fix a few things... Stopped by this True Value, and had the most pleasant experience you could possibly have at a hardware store. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Especially so, the awesome lady who assisted me (name reserved to respect privacy). Super helpful, and knowledgeable and got me in and out of the store in what seemed like only a few minutes. Thank you kind lady... True...

Great place to find whatever it is your working on. My family comes in quite often for one thing or another for our business or for our personal homes. When I'm sent in generally I dont have a clue on what it is that I need I just have the part my husband sends me with, Vonn or one of the other guys always helps me find...

They sell Stihl and huqavarna chainsaws. The only reason I gave a 4 stars and not 5 is because I went to Ace hardware also called Westlake in Garden city and purchased the next size bigger Stihl saw for the same money. So they are a little more pricey. But all in all I like the place and generally Good...
